What's new in this release?

USERS APPLICATION

Introduction of the Azure Active Directory [AAD] user synchronisation integration with Frog allowing for the automatic import of both users into the Frog LMS platform. The integration is a one way pull of data, with no write facility back to Azure Active Directory.

Please see below base information in terms of the integration:

• All users within your Azure Active Directory will be exported.
• All users imported will be associated with the “Learner” profile within the Frog LMS platform.

BUG FIXES

This release includes the following bug fixes:

Forum Widget

• JIRA# NFC-2843 - When adding a new topic, the content entered within the “Reply” field will now display correctly to users without any development code.

Modules

• JIRA# NFC-2846 - When duplicating a module that contains a quiz, any learners completing the duplicated module will now correctly have quiz results displayed when an admin navigates within the module to the Frog Bar > Module > Show Quiz Reports.
• JIRA# NFC-2847 - When duplicating a module that contains a quiz, the duplicated module will re-use the original quiz. Previously the quiz was incorrectly being duplicated and appearing within FrogDrive > Quizzes.

Quizzes

• JIRA# NFC-2859 - When a quiz or question widget is loaded via a module/site the content will now display seamlessly to end users without the requirement for manual intervention. Specifically for users accessing the LMS platform on a mobile / tablet device there will no longer be a need to disable the option “Prevent Cross-Site Tracking”.

NOT INCLUDED IN CUSTOMER RELEASE NOTES

Diagnostic Tool

New diagnostic tool that allows for a start / completion date association against a module and user. The tool allows for LMS customers to have a historic user record for set modules.

The tool can be found under Frog LMS > Initial Module Data Import.

Module Import Process

• JIRA# NFC-2827 - When adding a new topic, the content entered within the “Reply” field will now display correctly to users without any development code.

Users Application

• JIRA# NFC-2858 / FOS-294 - When using the CSV import process, if the “Email Address” field is left blank this will now correctly override the stored value and also reflect a blank value.
