BUG FIXES

This release includes the following bug fixes:

Azure User / Group Integration

• JIRA# NFC-3032 / NFC-3002 - Enhancements to the group provisioning process have been applied for obtaining group memberships from Azure Active Directory (AAD).

Modules

• JIRA# NFC-3007 / COURSES-609 - Within the Event widget, post the creation of a session, when navigating back to the session and selecting “Manage”, a new button “Download iCal” will be visible. After selecting the “Download iCal” button, a session.ics file will be downloaded to your local device which can be imported into your calendar of choice.

• JIRA# NFC-2974 - Keywords that have been added to a module (Add to Catalogue > Categorisation) can now be removed and the changes applied successfully to the module.

Reporting Application

• JIRA# NFC-3033 - Should a scheduled report have a recipient that is subsequently archived, when an admin navigates to the Reporting application and selects the “Scheduled” tab all the scheduled reports will display.

Session Authorisation Widget

• JIRA# NFC-2976 - The Session Authorisation widget has been made robust when handling approval requests for training. This primarily is around a session approval being requested but subsequently the module is deleted.

YouTube Widget

• JIRA# NFC-2997 - Once a user is finished watching a video via the YouTube widget, any recommendations displayed will be from the same channel as the original video embedded.

Diagnostic Tool

New diagnostic tool that allows for certificates for an individual learner to be regenerated with correct data (such as learners name) or a different certificate template. The date on the certificate regeneration will be based on the user’s original completion date of the module.

The tool can be found under Support Tools > Regenerate Certificates. Alternatively, you can navigate directly to /app/diagnostics/regeneratecertificate.

The latest release resolves the bug below with regards certificate regeneration:

• JIRA# NFC-3001 - Resolved issues with regeneration of certificates being blank. This primarily affected the customer Consilium due to their CSS to generate certificates containing 7 pieces of dynamic content.
