BUG FIXES

This release includes the following bug fixes:

Modules

• JIRA# NFC-3047 - Enhanced the background task that reviews a module status reset when an expiry period and renewal period is set. Modules will now correctly have their status moved from “Completed” to “Not Started” where applicable.

• JIRA# NFC-3038 - When the “Event” widget is used within a module and a learner enrols onto a session where the location is set to “Virtual”, the email containing the ICS file for import into your personal calendar will now display all information including the module name, description, and the virtual link. This issue only affected modules where the description contained a line break.

Reporting Application

• JIRA# NFC-3042 - Resolved issues with secondary reports not auto-generating data when an individual or module is selected from the initial report.

Users Application

• JIRA# NFC-3037 - Should a user account be synchronised via a 3rd party source (i.e. Azure User Synch), when an account is deleted from the 3rd party source, upon the next import into the Frog platform the user account will have the following changes applied.
  • The tick within the “External” column will be removed
  • The “Account Status” will be set to OFF

Diagnostic Tool

JIRA# NFC-3003 The Azure Import diagnostic tool has been enhanced to allow for filters to be applied on import of user or group data.
The tool can be found under QA Tools > Azure Import. Alternatively, you can navigate directly to /app/diagnostics/azureimport.
