What's new in this release?

Modules

This release introduces enhanced flexibility for managing email notifications at the individual module level. By default, email notifications are automatically enabled (ON). However, admins now have the ability to:

• Disable all email notifications for an individual module.
• Disable specific email notifications for a module.

In addition to the above changes, a new email notification, “Module Completion,” has been introduced. When this notification is enabled (ON), learners will receive a confirmation email upon completing a module. The email will include the module name, the completion date, and a link to the completed module.

By default, the “Module Completion” email notification is set to OFF for all modules, leaving it at the discretion of LMS customers to enable it on a per-module basis.

BUG FIXES

This release includes the following bug fixes:

My Learning Widget

• JIRA# NFC-3005 - In the widget preferences for the My Learning widget, enabling the “Show Toolbar” option will now correctly apply this setting for learners viewing the widget. This issue previously affected LMS customers who had no training categories specified under System Preferences > Training > Categories.
