How do I get staff to make a declaration / check a box

Quite often, you need to collect signatures or acknowledgements from your staff without needing a full presentation.

 

The simplest method to achieve this is to use the Content widget

This text box allows you to write or paste in the text you need staff to read and acknowledge and collect their responses through the checkbox:
