What's new in this release?

CSV Table Widget

Last year, we introduced the CSV Table widget, enabling data from third-party sources to be displayed on a site and shared. 

With this release, the CSV Table widget has been further enhanced with new export options, allowing users to download CSV data more efficiently. The available options include:

• Export All Data – Generates a CSV file containing all data from the CSV Table widget. 
• Export All Filtered Data – Generates a CSV file containing only the data currently filtered within the CSV Table widget. 
• Export Current Page – Generates a CSV file containing only the data displayed on the current page within the CSV Table widget.

These improvements provide greater flexibility in managing and exporting data directly from the CSV Table widget.

BUG FIXES

This release includes the following bug fixes:

Data Viewer Widget

• JIRA# NFC-3317 - In the Data Viewer widget, if a user has permission to view their mentions within a submission, they will now also be able to download files associated with the “File Upload” field, even if they were not the originator of the file upload.
• JIRA# NFC-3204 - When the “Date” field is used in a form, the Data Viewer widget or application will now correctly display the results, ensuring alignment with the time zone in which the data was captured at the time of submission.

Event Widget

• JIRA# NFC-3290 - In the Event widget, if an admin modifies session details, an email notification update will be triggered for learners enrolled in the session. Updates will be sent when any of the following details are changed:
  • Date 
  • Start Time 
  • End Time 
  • Location 
  • Add video conferencing link

Reporting Application

• JIRA# NFC-3315 - Resolved an issue where the Group Report PDF download would partially cut off the end column. The full report will now be correctly displayed in the exported PDF.
• JIRA# NFC-3314 - Resolved an issue with saved Group Reports where editing the “Set To” field did not retain the updated parameters. The report will now correctly save all changes, ensuring all parameters remain visible upon further edits.
• JIRA# NFC-3303 - Resolved an issue with the Module Compliance Report failing to generate for modules containing SCORM packages. This issue only affected SCORM packages where scores were not mandatory, resulting in varying completion values being passed.
• JIRA# NFC-3291 / NFC-3286 - Based on customer feedback, the Group Report has been modified to better align with user needs. Previously, when setting a group as the “Set To” identity, the report would generate data against the group itself, which resulted in incomplete data. Now, the report is generated for the individuals within the group, ensuring more accurate reporting. 
  This change benefits LMS customers utilising new features such as “Linked Modules” or those running reports against Azure AD groups, where modules are primarily assigned to the Learner profile .
• JIRA# NFC-3234 - The Group Report requires the “Set To” field to have a group associated in order to run. If this field is left blank, it will be highlighted in red to alert the admin of the missing requirement. See example screenshot below.

SCORM Player Widget

• JIRA# NFC-3340 - An update has been applied to the SCORM Player widget to ensure compatibility with the latest browser standards for data access. This prevents a blank white screen and allows the SCORM package to play as expected.

Sitest

• JIRA# NFC-3293 - Resolved an issue where some direct site links to specific pages were not loading as expected.
