Data Viewer Widget

This release introduces an enhancement to the Data Viewer widget and form submissions, allowing users to print their form submissions with the original layout fully retained.

The print functionality will be available in two areas. The first is within the Data Viewer widget when placed on a site. If a user has permission to view their form submissions, a new column, Print Submission, will be displayed, showing a printer icon next to each entry.

The second area where the print functionality is available is within the Edit Submission pop-up window. When editing a form submission, users will now see a new Print button, allowing them to print the submission while preserving its original layout.

When the Print option is selected, a background process is triggered to convert the form submission into a printable PDF. This PDF will be downloaded to your local device and will preserve the original layout of the submission.

NOTE – If the form includes a File Upload field and the user has submitted files, each file will appear in the PDF as an icon with its filename. For image files (JPG/PNG), a small preview of the image will also be displayed alongside the filename.

The example below shows a printable form submission as it appears once downloaded, including both a PDF and an image file uploaded as evidence.

BUG FIXES

This release includes the following bug fixes:

Catalogue Widget

• JIRA# NFC-3432 - Image quality has been improved across the platform where images are displayed as thumbnails. This primarily affects images uploaded in Module Settings (used as icons within the Catalogue widget), as well as images used for site icons.

Groups and Policies Application

• JIRA# NFC-3435 - For LMS platforms using the Azure user/group import, groups synchronised from Azure will now display a tick in the External field, making them easier to identify.

Reporting Application

• JIRA# NFC-3434  - Resolved an issue that prevented the Manager Compliance Report (within the Training Reports section) from generating correctly.
