BUG FIXES
This release includes the following bug fixes:
Event Widget
- JIRA# NFC-3498 - New tooling is now available to the Frog Service Desk to assist LMS customers in scenarios where an Event widget forms part of a module but was configured with an incorrect completion setting (for example, set to “Not Applicable”). In cases where a session has already taken place, this could previously prevent the module from ever being marked as completed.
If you have any questions regarding the Event widget, please contact the Frog Service Desk, who can review your query and determine whether the new tooling can assist.
Modules
- JIRA# NFC-3517 - When the Media widget is used within a module and the associated resource is updated (for example, when a new file is uploaded or selected from FrogDrive), the “Title” field in the Media widget settings is now automatically updated to display the name of the newly selected media file.
- JIRA# NFC-3495 - When an image file is associated with the Media widget, the only available completion settings are:
- Not Applicable
- Mark completed manually
- JIRA# NFC-3494 - When the Media widget is used within a module and the associated resource is updated (for example, a new file is uploaded or selected from FrogDrive), saving the module now correctly displays the updated media file.
Reporting Application
- JIRA# NFC-3509 - When selecting download icon for the Group Report, a loading indicator is now displayed to inform users that the report is being generated in the background.
- NOTE – Depending on the parameters selected for the Group Report, generating the PDF may take a significant amount of time. During this process, some browsers may indicate that the Frog site has become unresponsive. Please allow the process to continue in the background and do not exit the page.
- JIRA# NFC-3503 - When running the following reports and selecting the “Status” option under “Optional Data”, exporting to CSV now correctly displays the user’s account status. Active accounts are shown as “Active”, while accounts with an account status set to OFF are shown as “Disabled”.
- Additional Reports > Group Report
- Additional Reports > Manager Report
- JIRA# NFC-3502 - When running reports with the “All User” report parameter selected, reports now generate correctly. Please note that selecting “All Users” includes users whose account status is set to OFF, meaning the account exists on the platform but is not currently active.
Template Manager
- JIRA# NFC-3039 - The LMS platform supports an integration with Azure to import users and groups. As part of this update, Template Manager now includes a new “Welcome Email” template for users imported via the Azure workflow.
When a new user is imported from Azure, a default email notification is sent advising them that an LMS account has been created, along with the URL to access it. The email template can be customised by navigating to Users > Welcome Email > Azure > Welcome Email Azure
